It will include a combination of artifacts (papers, products, projects, etc.) and personal reflection that you created in your CUNE graduate program.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>Do graduate students need to purchase anything to get started with Chalk&amp;Wire?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<p>No. Your Chalk&amp;Wire account will be set up after you complete the second week of your first course.<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>Who is looking at my e-portfolio?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<p>Your e-portfolio work is 100% private. Not even your instructors can see your work until you submit it to them. When you reach the end of your program, you will share your e-portfolio with your Program Director. If you choose, you may share your e-portfolio with others by sending them a secure URL link &#8211; but that is optional and solely up to your discretion.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>Can I still access my e-portfolio after it expires?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<p>Yes, you can continue to access your e-portfolio once the account has expired with limited functionality. They will <strong>not<\/strong> appear on the My Institution landing page.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-arrow-circle-1 su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>Why do I have multiple portfolios?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<p>Many programs of study have multiple portfolios associated with them. Sometimes it is a separate Professional Portfolio used to house certain artifacts of learning. Other times groups of courses that are shared among different programs are housed together in one common portfolio (in this case, you will not necessarily be enrolled in all the courses nor are you required to submit work to them).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-arrow-circle-1 su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>Why do I have extra courses in my portfolio that I'm not enrolled in?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<p>Groups of courses that are shared among different programs are housed together in one common portfolio. You will not necessarily be enrolled in all the courses nor are you required to submit work to them all. Log into the site using the password you established when you first activated your account. Once the support team has verified the instructor&#8217;s information, their name may be added to the assessor list.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-fancy su-spoiler-icon-caret-square su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>Why didn't my INSTRUCTOR get my work after I added it to my portfolio?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<p>It is possible that you uploaded work but did not submit it for assessment.<\/p>\n<p>Submitting work is a <strong>two-step<\/strong> process:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Upload.<\/li>\n<li>Submit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All Chalk&amp;Wire assignments have <strong>submission requirements which must be met<\/strong> before the <strong>\u2713 Submit<\/strong> button will turn <span style=\"color: #339966\"><strong>GREEN<\/strong><\/span> and allow the process to continue. They should look for a message from <strong>&#8220;Chalk and Wire Portfolio&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Next<\/strong>, if your Mentor cannot find an email with which to access Chalk&amp;Wire, we need to verify that the correct email address has been provided.
