Please reach out to the Director of Global Opportunities for specific guidance on campus processes and best practices for leading a successful trip. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Travel information can be found on this site under these categories<\/strong>:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Trip Planning Process ~ <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this section, campus trip leaders will find the <em><strong>Off-Campus Activity &amp; Travel Guide.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>This provides an overview on campus requirements as well as best practices for planning and leading an off-campus trip.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Leaders can find a step by step overview of the trip planning process including when to complete a <em><strong>P<\/strong><strong>roposed Trip Application, Confirmed Trip Plan<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0and <strong><em>Final Trip Plan<\/em><\/strong> for campus.<\/p>\n<p>Leaders can also print off a <em><strong>Leader Check List<\/strong><\/em> for guidance on their international or domestic trips.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>General Travel Resources ~<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>This section provides for links to transportation, health, safety, and other helpful travel related resources to review in preparing for particular trips.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Financial Resources &amp; Responsibilities ~<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>This section provides travel specific information, forms, and resources for the financial side of any student trip.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Risk Management<\/strong><\/em> ~                                                                                                  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Review this section for details on what to collect and provide campus before departure, along with participant emergency and emergency information to carry on a trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, trip leaders will find&nbsp;<em><strong>Clery Act &#8211; Student Trip Reporting Requirements<\/strong><\/em> for off-campus experiences. Review the <strong><em>Clery Training Powerpoint <\/em><\/strong>and find the&nbsp;<em><strong>Student Trip Reporting Form<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;required to be completed after campus-sponsored overnight trips.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Questions?
