Trip Planning Process ~
In this section, campus trip leaders will find the Off-Campus Activity & Travel Guide. This provides an overview on campus requirements as well as best practices for planning and leading an off-campus trip.
If you are considering or planning to lead an experience off campus, please read this Guide and review information provided in this section.
Leaders can find a step by step overview of the trip planning process including when to complete a Proposed Trip Application, Confirmed Trip Plan and Final Trip Plan for campus.
Leaders can also print off a Leader Check List for guidance on their international or domestic trips.

Risk Management ~
Review this section for details on what to collect and provide campus before departure, along with participant emergency and emergency information to carry on a trip.
Also, trip leaders will find Clery Act – Student Trip Reporting Requirements for off-campus experiences. Review the Clery Training Powerpoint and find the Student Trip Reporting Form required to be completed after campus-sponsored overnight trips.
