Chimamanda speaks from personal experience on the importance of viewing everything from multiple perspectives, and the dangers of being locked into one point of view. I've used this video in class and have always had positive results, especially if the students are allowed to sit with it before sharing or discussing among themselves.

Especially a great reminder as instructors, to engage with our students in different frames, and allow them to see us in different ways as well.
