Viewpoint Diversity – Haidt

Haidt is a social psychologist and professor and this video on viewpoint diversity is not only a challenge to students but definitely to instructors as well. Understanding how students in the majority and those in the minority will engage with a class, or subject based on the social or viewpoint makeup of their instructors and peers can warp our perceptions of our classrooms and students and what is represented in our instruction as well.

Worth thinking about, and contextualizing to our own personal scopes as well.
