On-going scholarship for me, professionally, comes in the form of opportunity to develop and present on a variety of topics for convocations, summits and conferences, largely for the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and her entities.

I had the opportunity to lead the development, organization and implementation of the inaugural Great Plains Lutheran Educators Conference held at Concordia University. Leadership included planning, soliciting and selecting speakers, session presenters and worship leaders. It also included the setting of the schedule, organization of the sessions and development of the program.
The following are samples of the final products given to over 400 attendees from the Nebraska, South Dakota and Missouri LCMS Districts.
In October 2026, Concordia will host the second triennial GPLEC. In addition to those listed above, Kansas, Iowa East, and Iowa West LCMS districts have committed to attending.
